Description
This Platinum Counter Electrode is made with a 95 cm long platinum wire 0.5 mm diameter, with a purity of 99.95 %. The wired is enrolled as a coil, with 16 mm long and 4 mm diameter. The coil is spaced by 20 mm of straight wire. The coil is embedded in a 6.35-mm-diameter PTFE cylinder and includes an O-ring to facilitate positioning.
This electrode offers a large noble metal surface area and is thus an excellent counter electrode.
