Demonstration of Caffeine Measurements

Caffeine is a widespread psychoactive substance. Most people consume it regularly in coffee, tea, energy drinks, cola, or similar beverages. It is also used in some medications to prevent tiredness. In this video we will show you how to measure caffeine in food samples with Z&P’s Hyper Value Carbon Electrode and PalmSens’ Sensit Smart.

Dr. Martin Peacock and Dr. Lutz Stratmann will give you a brief general introduction on Caffeine and food samples followed by a live demonstration of measurements in different beverages. The first 20 minutes are for the introduction and demonstration followed by 20 minutes for questions.
